This recipe is so simple! Stuff a bunch of chicken breasts, throw them in the oven for 30 minutes, and BAM- Dinner served! I like to make this when I know I’m going to be short on dinner time. I throw these in and let them bake while I help the kids with homework or give them baths. I like that it requires no supervision. Even if they cook an extra 5 minutes or so, they are not going to burn! Plus, it has the veggies inside, so you don’t even really need to make a side to go with it!
