Let’s re-visit some appetizers!

I am well aware that the entire world does not care about Game 6 of the 2013 Stanley Cup Finals, but in my house it’s a big deal. Tonight’s game will be played on the big screen with lots of appetizers to enjoy! I decided to re-visit some of my Paleo/primal favorites! I have also re-posted my cocktail meatball recipe since I have tweaked it in the last few months! Enjoy….and Go Hawks! :)

  1. We made this tonight for dinner. We have been eating whole foods (not paleo) for about 2 or so years now, and cocktail meatballs is something I missed until now! These were so yummy – I changed them to be more like the meatballs I used to make by doubling the sauce and adding 1 1/2c. frozen cranberries to the sauce and pureeing them in the sauce and adding 1/2tsp. cayenne pepper. We served them over rice with carrots on the side. SO yummy for an occasional dinner treat!
